Describe your journey to school everyday.

this was one of the english essay topics that i found in my o'level english ten year's series. i would be SO GLAD to write this essay! in fact i can just type it here immediately without any funny essay plans. but well.. i'm not going to do that of course. lengthy essays make me sick. but i can tell u roughly what i would write!

my 3 main points will be:
1) lousy bus service from SBS. bus 12 sucks terribly i tell you. i wake up the same time every morning but sometimes i reach sch at 7.10 and sometimes at 7.30. what is this?! the arrival time of bus 12 is badly screwed up. last term they suddenly changed the arrival timing without notice beforehand as if it doesnt make any difference to the passengers. the arrival time of the buses decides our fate okay. on tues around 200 of us were late coz SBS buses screwed up. especially 12! there are 40 odd tjcians at my bus stop every morning and once all of us board the empty bus, it'll be packed like crazy. so ALL of us were late that morning and mr tong didnt believe our bus story coz he claimed to have written a letter to SBS to increase the bus arrival frequency. of course he didnt know that the letter didnt help AT ALL coz he drives to school what! as if he understands the pain of waiting like mad for the bus that always takes forever to come and squeezing like shit with other people once we get onto the bus PLUS waking up early but get to school late and get scoldings for nothing! worse still, the bloody cab fare has risen! this is driving me crazy. i swear i wont take frigging bus 12 to school again once i shift. i dont want to squeeze with those foreign tjcians from dunman hostel again! and you know what? mr tong also requested us to wake up earlier so that we can surely get to school on time. but wth?! i already woke up at 6am to catch the earlier bus at 6.45am (i woke up at 6.20am last term to catch the bus at 7.05am) but what can i do if the bus doesnt come or comes tooooo early that i would probably reach school at 6.55am?! so he wants me to wake up at 5 plus to catch the bus earlier than the earlier bus so i can guarantee that i will at least catch the earlier bus and reach school at freaking 7.10am to rot? it doesnt make sense right!

RAHHHS. sorry but this is pissing me off so much.

2) i bet the worst guys in tjc live in dunman hostel. (note i didnt say all those guys who live in the hostel are the worst guys in tjc.) since there are so many of the dunman hostel tjcians at the bus stop, it is of course normal to want to get onto the bus quickly to grab seats. BUT, i saw some guys from that hostel squeezing like mad onto the bus as if they were some aunties rushing to choose the best fish from the market. there was once i was standing near the entrance of the bus and since there wasn't any queue i saw this guy almost pushing me to get onto the bus before me! like wth?!?! what a gentleman huh! such an unpleasant experience with those people. and this happens almost every morning. yuck.

3) still on the issue about gentleman. this morning, fortunately, the bus wasn't as crowded but the upper deck was full anyway so i had to stay at the lower deck. i saw this tj guy (from that hostel again) standing next to an empty seat where beside was this man who was sleeping. that guy looked as if he was thinking whether he should sit down or not and i thought he wasnt going to so i approached the seat. BUT the moment he saw me approaching the seat he was afraid that i would take the seat so he quickly sat down. HUH?! well, even if it wasn't this case, didnt it cross his mind that he should give the seat up to a... erm lady? there were no more seats left on the bus and somemore he already saw me approaching the seat! whats wrong with those people? please tell me this is not too much for a gentleman to do.


thats about all for my journey to school everyday. full of disgust and fury.


anyway, we had fun in school today! some of us went home with goody bags :) shhh.. it's meant to be a secret coz the goody bags didnt belong to us :) we kop-ed them! haha! after chem tutorial we saw boxes of goody bags at the back of the classroom and inside each bag includes a water bottle, notebook, file and a towel! whoo they are all useful things unlike many other silly goody bags that we received! i decided to kop the contents and leave the bag alone but i realised there were too many stuffs my bag would explode if i kept them inside! so some of us kop-ed the bag as well HAHA. the classroom was filled with crazy evil laughter from us especially from chiki okay! hahaha :D anyway, singaporeans are all cheapskate alright. unlike kun feng who only took a notebook coz i asked her to. hahaha :p
